Butter Chicken

A family-friendly curry. Marinated chicken which is then slow-cooked in a tomato and yoghurt sauce. The ultimate crowd pleaser. Simply reheat and kick back


From frozen; open plastic packaging and reheat in microwave until fully heated through.From defrosted; reheat in microwave or on stovetop until fully heated through.
How it’s made: chicken thigh fillets are marinated in yoghurt, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, grated ginger and garlic overnight and then pan-fried  before being slow-cooked in a tomato and cream sauce.
Chicken thighs, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, tomato passata, cream, tomato paste, sugar, salt, dried spices (turmeric, garam masala, cumin)
Goes well with some lovely steamed basmati rice and steamed greens.
