Chilli Con Carne

This Chilli Con Carne is such a versatile dish. Use it for Taco Tuesday or serve with rice or on a baked potato. It won’t disappoint.


Reheat from frozen in microwave, or defrost and reheat in microwave or on stovetop.
Whole chuck steak is braised with an assortment of Mexican spices and stock and the secret ingredient of dark chocolate. When the beef is fall-apart tender, it is shredded and kidney beans are added for an extra protein hit.
