Crispy Roast Potatoes

Available for delivery from Friday 1st December.

These potatoes are peeled and soaked in a salt brine before being par-cooked and tossed in olive oil and fresh thyme. All you need to do is defrost and pop them in the oven.

Frozen product. Allow to defrost in fridge. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Spread potatoes out on a baking tray (ensure they are not touching) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Turn over using tongs halfway through the cooking time.
