Mac & Cheese

Mac and cheese – a perfect addition to nearly any meal. Macaroni covered with cheesey béchamel sauce before being coated in a panko crumb and baked to perfection.

From Frozen; remove plastic cover and cover with foil. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove foil and bake until golden and centre is hot when tested. Or, defrost and remove plastic cover and foil. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes or until top is golden and the centre is hot.
A béchamel sauce is made with butter, flour and milk. Tasty and parmesan cheese is added and then tossed through with cooked macaroni. Finally, the Mac & Cheese is covered with buttery panko breadcrumbs and extra cheese.
