From frozen; preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the centre is hot when tested. Remove foil and cook for a further 10 minutes or until the top is golden.Or, defrost in freezer over night. Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the centre is hot when tested and the top is golden.
Beef mince, bacon, onion, garlic, celery and carrots are all browned. Then red wine, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, beef stock and spices are simmered for hours. Then it’s topped with an extra cheese-y Mac & Cheese plus extra chees
