Frozen product. FROM FROZEN; cover with foil and place in a preheated 150 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until the centre is hot when tested. FROM DEFROSTED; cover with foil and place in a preheated 150 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the centre is hot when tested.
I take slices of panettone and soak this in an egg-based custard that I make myself. The panettone is soaked in the custard and orange marmalade, dark chocolate and a splash of orange liqueur are added before the pudding is baked and then frozen.
