Ragu alla Bolognese

Humble Bolognese possibly the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Great with pasta or hearty enough to serve on it’s own.


Frozen product. Defrost and reheat in microwave or on stovetop until fully heated though.
Onions, garlic, carrots and celery are sautéed then pork and beef mince are added. Once browned milk is added and allowed to simmer down. This process is repeated with red wine then tomatoes are added and simmered.

Bolognese goes with pasta, rice, a jacket potato or even on a toastie!
