Frozen product. Can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. Simply add the toppings of your choice and heat in a 180 degree oven for around 10 minutes or until hot.
The dough is made with a combination of active sourdough starter, plain and wholemeal flours, honey and salt. Once mixed the dough is allowed to rest before a series of coil folds are performed. In total this process takes 8 hours.Once the dough is proved, individual portions are cut and rolled before being refrigerated for 48 hours. Finally, the dough is hand-shaped and topped with pizza sauce and then baked.
