Defrost and gently reheat on stovetop or in microwave. Take care not to overheat as this will continue to overcook the noodles.
Green cabbage and pork mince are stirfried, then tossed together with Udon noodles and a ginger, soy, sesame and mirin sauce. Simple but delicious.
